The Gurugram-based tyre company Apollo Tyres secures the rights to the India team jersey for a whopping ₹579 crore, outbidding the likes of Canva and JK Cement, who had placed bids of INR 544 crore and INR 477 crore respectively.
Apollo Tyres Secures Lucrative 3-Year India Jersey Sponsorship Deal
The deal was signed for 3 years and covers 121 bilateral games and 21 ICC matches across formats. Apollo Tyres will pay Rs 4.5 crore per match to the BCCI, outdoing Dream11’s previous Rs 4 crore deal.

This partnership offers the tyre company substantial global exposure thanks to India’s busy international cricket schedule, making it one of the most lucrative sponsorship deals in Indian cricket in recent times.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India had to find a new sponsor after the government passed a bill banning real-money online games, which led to Dream11's sponsorship ending. This turn also led to India playing at the Asia Cup 2025 without a jersey sponsor, while the women’s team is also without a sponsor in the three-match ODI series against Australia.
New Sponsor Logo to Debut with India A Ahead of Home Test Series vs West Indies
The new sponsors will feature on the Indian jersey in the upcoming home Test series against the West Indies starting in October. However, according to Cricbuzz, the actual debut of the logo will be during the upcoming three-match 50-over series between India A and Australia. This will take place ahead of the away white-ball series in Australia.

The BCCI has reportedly asked the selectors to finalize the India A one-day squad early, ensuring the jerseys are ready for the matches scheduled in Kanpur on September 30, October 2, and 5. The India A squads for these games were announced on September 14.
